Do I have to get on a call?

No. There are no calls or meetings. Everything happens by email and a few short forms, and we reply within 1 business day (Monday to Friday). If we need a decision from you, we ask by email with clear options.

What's included?

A one-page website built from a template made for your trade, filled in with your business name, services, service area, hours, phone, logo, colors and your own photos. It has a tap-to-call button and a quote form that emails you, works on phones, loads fast and uses HTTPS. Buy includes one revision round. Rent adds hosting, SSL, monitoring and one small update a month.

How does Rent work?

There's no setup fee. Checkout saves your card and gives you 14 free days, and the first US$39 charge happens on day 15. Your preview is due within 5 business days of a complete brief, so you normally see your site before you pay anything. After that it's US$39 a month, with one small update included each month (up to 5 text changes or 3 photo swaps; unused updates don't roll over).

What happens if I cancel?

Cancel anytime from the billing portal; there's no contract and nothing to sign. There are no more charges, the site stays online until the end of the month you already paid for, and then it goes offline. Your domain, logo, photos and text are yours, and we send your content back on request. After 12 paid months you can buy the site for US$99 instead and keep it.

Who owns the domain?

You do, always. The domain is registered in your name and paid by you to the registrar. If you don't have one yet, we send a short step-by-step guide to register it. We only ask for access to point it at your site (or you add the records we send).

How long does it take?

Your preview arrives within 5 business days after we have a complete brief and any access we need (for example, to your domain). Changes from your revision usually take 2 business days. The site goes live after you approve it.

Can I get a refund?

Buy: full refund if you ask within 14 days of receiving your preview and before you approve it to go live, or if we miss the preview deadline. Rent: your first charge is refundable if you ask within 14 days of it. Full conditions are in the terms.

You sent me a concept. Is that my site?

It's the starting point. The concept was made from public information about your business; when you pick a plan, we finish it with your real details, photos and logo. If you don't sign up, the concept is taken down.

What do you need from me?

Only what's in the brief form: your services, service area, hours, phone, email, logo if you have one, colors you like, and photos of your own work. If you don't have photos yet, we use neutral stock images until you do.
